AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By playing at Caesars Windsor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

"Casino" means Caesars Windsor.
"We" or "Us" refers to the Casino operator.
"You" or "Player" means any person who plays at the Casino.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
You must be at least 19 years old (or as required by law in your jurisdiction) to play at the Casino.
GAMING RULES
The rules of each game are available on request from staff or on our website. You should familiarize yourself with these rules before playing any games.
MINIMUM BET SIZES
We reserve the right to change minimum bet sizes for any game, without prior notice.
PAYOUTS AND WINNINGS
Payouts and winnings will be made in accordance with the game's rules and our payout policy.
LOSSES
The Casino reserves the right to limit or restrict betting or gaming activity if we suspect that You are attempting to manipulate or cheat.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice, to refuse service or entry to anyone for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to suspected collusion, cheating, or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS
Any claims or complaints must be made in writing within 30 days of the incident giving rise to the claim. Failure to make such a claim in this time limit may result in it being invalid.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to change these Terms and Conditions.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable thereto.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
In no event will we or our officers, directors, employees, agents or contractors be liable for any damages (including consequential losses) arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify us against all claims, demands, actions, costs, expenses, damages or liabilities that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of your use of the Casino facilities.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between You and Us with respect to Your playing at the Casino.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof.
WAIVER OF RIGHTS
Any waiver of rights granted under these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing to be effective.
